2. Add a logo, or keep it typographic
You can upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo up to 5 MB. The editor converts the image for the card preview and keeps it in your browser. A logo is not required: the Swiss and Editorial layouts are deliberately strong with type alone, which is useful when you are starting a studio, testing a side project or waiting for a final brand identity.

4. Add a website QR code when it helps
Turn on the website QR code when the next step belongs online. It can point to a portfolio, booking page, LinkedIn profile or product landing page. This is a static QR code: the destination URL is encoded directly, with no redirect dashboard or tracking account. Choose a URL you control and test the downloaded file before printing.
5. Download the right file
Use PDF when you are sending the card to a print shop. It keeps the card at the US 3.5 × 2 inch size and is the best starting point for a professional print workflow. The editor includes an optional ⅛ inch bleed setting for printers that need artwork to extend past the trim edge. Use PNG for quick sharing, email signatures or a home printer that accepts RGB images; the standard export is 1050 × 600 pixels and the bleed version is 1125 × 675. Use SVG when the next tool in your workflow accepts vector artwork. Always check the final file at actual size and follow the requirements of the printer you choose.
